Bio:
Samara Freemark was born and raised in North Carolina, but she got her start in radio in the newsroom of Ann Arbor's public radio station. She's now in New York City, working for documentary-shop Radio Diaries. In addition to Environment Report stories, she's produced pieces for All Things Considered, This American Life, and WUOM.
